Had a medium-light roasted Ethiopian in a latte and it was delicious. Plenty of nuttiness and a little fruitiness made it through the milk. Staff were super friendly. You can tell this is a place run by folks that really care about coffee - the perfect kind of obsessive. I drove about 70km from cottage country for a cup of coffee and would do it again.

Cozy coffee shop in Orillia. Tried a pistachio late and chai late. Amazing taste! Sweetness was balanced (I ordered half sweet). Has a cute small patio area outside as well. Possible to work/study here too; seating was comfy & wifi available.

The vintage charm of the place reflects the owner's enduring taste and dreams. From exceptional coffee to carefully crafted drinks and delicious homemade pastries, this roastery cafe is a haven. Make sure to arrive early, as the morning rush is a testament to its popularity. The atmosphere, with a large roasting machine, Canadian sports gear, skateboards, cafe merch, creaky wooden floors of the old houses, and soothing music, creates a magical and heartwarming experience upon entering. Regulars keep streaming in, making it a bit regrettable that visits are infrequent.
This place is legitimately the best cafe I have been to of all time. I’ve been going there since they open and now I live two towns over and I still make the trip just the coffee. By far the best service, advice, beans and coffee. This is a place that knows their stuff and stands by it, offering a great coffee time and time again.
Had a great evening Roasting and then cupping with James and the team at Mark IV. This is a unique 1:1 experience for coffee lovers or the novice wanting to learn more about the roasting process. Getting to bring home a bag of your very own roasted coffee is just a plus in the process. The “Cupping” experience further allows you to travel the worlds coffee and explore the smells and tastes from different beans and roasts while in the company of the master roaster.
